Returns & Exchange

At  Avake, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Returns Policy:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation email.

How to Return:

  1.  Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at care@beavake.com or +91 9205060526 to initiate your return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include your proof of purchase and a brief explanation for the return.
  3. Shipping: your parcel will be picked within 48 hours of the return request initiated.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style, please contact our customer service team at care@beavake.com or +91 9205060526.
  • Follow the same steps as the return process to send back your item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at care@beavake.com or +91 9205060526. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
